GRUX Online is run by volunteers. It's associated with the IGDA—specifically the Games User Research and User Experience Special Interest Group of the IGDA. Hereafter we'll refer to this group of volunteers in the organising committee as "The Team".

What data do we collect?

When you contact The Team using this website or email, submit a talk, or register to receive our newsletter, we will collect your personal identification information. Your name, email address, phone number and/or address may be submitted by you and collected.

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide The Team with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.

  • Voluntarily complete a  survey, submission or provide feedback on any of our forms, boards or via email.

  • Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.

How will we use your data?

The Team collects your data so that we can:

  • Process your order and manage your account.

  • Email you with promotions and news on other events and services we think you might like.

  • Serve you with a link to the conference, and content both pre- and post-event

The Team would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like.
